"A late breaking issue with our kitty required a switch from dry food (automated feeder) to wet (needs a human). Rather than have one of us stay home and miss a family trip, we looked for short term care options. Meowtel came up. I booked one day before our trip. Aki was available. She came by to meet the kitties the next day, took notes on their care routine and while we were performed their care for us. She also sent cute videos documenting everything and to let us know our kitties were feeling good and were in good hands. Thank you Aki!"

This time we had unexpected roof work and since we're out of the country with big time difference, we weren't able to help with communication between her and the workers. She handled it herself, spent extra time to contact the workers, figured out how to access through the work area and made sure the kitties were ok. We really appreciated that!"

"She comes to our house twice a day to feed our cats, she follows our advice and feeds our cats probably, she cleans up every time if needed, she opens windows for fresh air to our cats, she is a very caring person, she always on time to take care of our cats, she is a very responsible person, our cats was scared to strangers, we are first time hiring a professional cat sitter, we have learned that we should have let Shirley to play with our cats and get familiar to each others, before coming over to take care of them. Shirley was so nice to alert us that our cats were having stress for strangers, and finally our cats were getting along with her. We know it is not easy for anyone to hire a professional cat sitter specially at first time, and it is also not easy for cat sitter to face some challenges. But we are still so grateful to Shirley, she takes such a tasks and over come to those difficulties. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a cat sitter for their needs."
