I have booked Jazz for multiple week long + visits and each time I have been very pleased and happy with the services provided by her. She is wonderful with her detailed visits with photos and lets me know immediately if any issues arise especially when my fur baby Midnite went MIA She was so concerned and suggested a method in finding her which I appreciated. She is definitely my go to for pet sitters and has been able to win some trust with my shy kitty, definitely not an easy thing to do but Jazz has accepted the challenge. I needed a cat sitter ASAP due to a family emergency and found Jazz on the Meowtel site. I read her bio, was impressed and contacted her. Her response time was immediate so we set up a meeting date/time. Jazz is very friendly, genuine, personable and knowledgeable. I felt at ease with her right away! She took notes and I felt she would be a great fit for my shy and at times unsociable fur baby Midnite. Jazz followed all instructions and texted me with in depth updates, or if she had any questions. The photos with my kitty Midnite were was so helpful in relieving my anxiety with leaving Midnite for two weeks. She even made incredible progress with Midnite with receiving a few head butts and allowing Jazz to scratch her chin after some treat/social sessions. That is a big step for my black ball of fluff and I appreciate Jazz 's patience with Midnite and allowing her space and comfort while attempting to gain her trust. Jazz made sure the house remained clean and tidy, scooping litter and cleaning up a few accidents, with daily maintenance of food and water bowls. I am very pleased with Jazz and she made the experience wonderful, less stress inducing while knowing my kitty was being so lovingly taken care of by her.. I will definitely be using Jazz again for future catsitting dates.

I think Jazz did great. I have a standoffish cat and a cowardly cat. I feel based on photos that she did great with both. She seems to have respected both cat's space and my cowardly cat got some exposure to another person besides myself (which is good for him cause he thinks people will eat him. It's good for him to understand that's not the case).

Jazz was a consumate professional and went above and beyond. We loved her updates and appreciated everything she did for our cats. We really appreciated the extra time she spent on things she did not need to do.

Jazz gave us the option of zoom or in person meet and greet. She came in person and we had a very reassuring first meeting with our shy guy. We should her all his hiding spots, she asked a lot of important questions such as vet info, emergency contact and really listened when it came to keeping our kitties routine as normal as possible. Her visits kept our boy Friday calm while we traveled for 7 days, it’s the longest we’ve ever been away and he did great under the care of Jazz. Highly recommend! The photos she shared were nothing short of amazing, providing us immense comfort while we were away, knowing that our little prince was not only well-cared for but also enjoying his daily playtime and cuddles.

Jazz was extremely thorough (and clear) in her messages, going so far as to note the medications she administered with each meal. It made me feel safer—that our little guy was getting the care he needed. Jazz also was very thoughtful when we met to get hand over keys and meet our cat. He can sometimes be skittish with new people, but almost as soon as she arrived he was coming out to investigate.

Jazz is an outstanding sitter! She treated our babies like her own while we were away. She sent plenty of updates and photos as well. She was on time for every visit and is very detail oriented.

Jazz was amazing! My cat started over-grooming due to the stress of being alone most of the day. Jazz played with my cat, brought toys and snacks, spent extra time snuggling with her, and even extended the visit times to give extra love. I got full reports and tons of photos and videos. I was abroad, so not much I could do, but Jazz did everything in her power to make my kitten feel safe and secure. Jazz is moving on to bigger and better things - good for her! We, however, will miss Jazz’s visits.
