Troy is not an easy cat and I needed someone to spend the night who was willing to take on his personality. Nikki never hesitated and she was always very kind and understanding with him. I was gone for quite awhile and yet I received a picture of him everyday in the most adorable poses with reassuring feedback about his day. Nikki is fun and smart, a very lovely person, as well as a total professional. Troy looked amazing when I returned and our house was spotless. It’s very comforting to know I have Nikki to help watch Troy when I’m out of town. I highly recommend her.

Nikki graciously agreed to look after our kitties when we needed last minute care. She was extremely flexible and communicative. She sent regular updates with photos while we were away and left our apartment in good condition. I even mistakenly included the wrong dates for the booking and Nikki was extremely patient and understanding. Will absolutely have Nikki look after our kitties again.

Nikki was an ideal sitter for our kitties - I knew from the enthusiastic reaction she had during our virtual meet and greet that she was going to give them the attention they deserved! Nikki is awesome and I would 100% love to have her come stay with the kitties again! She did a two week overnight stay, and everything went super smooth from the moment the reservation was initiated! Nikki is super speedy with comms, and sent daily updates on Charlie and Olive while we were gone. She was sooooo good with the cats and you can tell she loves being around them! It was very easy to communicate with her, and I appreciated how she initiated planning a meet and greet a couple of weeks prior to us leaving. This made me feel super comfortable. Nikki has a wonderful positive gentle energy with cats and also with humans. She was very flexible with our chaotic schedule, and a great communicator. We felt so safe trusting out delicate hairless kitties with her.

I had to cancel at the last minute, but Nikki was very nice and concerned about kitty who had gotten sick. I kept reservation and paid her because she did meet with us and was prompt and polite and I would have left my kitties with her, before one needed emergency care (then she needs her mommy, not a babysitter) :) I have zero concerns and would use her again and hopefully actually go that time!

We could not have been happier with our whole experience with Nikki and Meowtel. We had never left our kitties for more than a week, and we knew that a drop-in cat sitter would not be enough companionship for our little fur babies, so we really wanted an overnight sitter. Nikki was very sweet and got along very well with my cat. She stayed overnight and helped my cat deal with my absence. I have a long list of instructions for taking care of my cat and Nikki was able to handle all of it with no issues. She was very communicative and I felt at ease being away from my cat with all the photos she sent.

I really appreciated that Nikki was prompt with her responses and as the other reviewers have already said, she was friendly, reliable and communicative. She was also super flexible, as my request was a made on the same week as my departure since one of my normal sitters was out of town. My cat, who requires a lot of playtime due to kitty separation anxiety, was in a great mood when I returned from my weekend trip and I love that Nikki gave her TLC while I was gone. AMAZING!!! Nikki is truly THE BEST!!! I went out of town for two weeks and came home to two of the happiest, softest (they got TONS of love!) most well-adjusted kitties I had ever seen.
