Hi! I'm Kayla! They say if you do what you love, you'll never work a day in your life. I can say with certainty that I love being a professional cat sitter! I've been a cat admirer my whole life, and getting to care for cats as my job is a dream come true. I grew up in a home with many loveable cats (along with a menagerie of other pets)! I have lots of experience caring for cats of all ages and temperaments. I love to get to know their individual needs, quirks and personalities. My two cats, Moosie and Beanie, are my favorite little buddies. They love to "help me" with my other job as a graphic designer. Moosie has even starred in some of my creations! In order to best the care for my kitty clients, I recently became Pet First-Aid certified (including Pet CPR) through the American Red Cross program. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
