After cutting the umbilical cords, I have thoroughly learned how to take care of newborn kittens-bottle(syringe)feeding, litter-training, wetfood feeding, bowel-stimulation. I have given them pain killer pills orally when they were neuterd&spayed then eye drops and topical ointment when some of them had allergic reaction to new food.
I also have petsit adult and senior cats for my friends and family. I will be able to use an inhaler or give kitties different type of medical care with detailed explanation and demonstration... Ever since a pregnant stray cat gave birth to a litter of 6 in my closet June 2024, my life started revolving around my kitties.

Multiple cats are not an issue for me at all as that’s my daily life but please choose 60min if there are more than 3 cats so I can give each kitty enough play time and attention.
I own an automatic water fountain, automatic dry&wet food feeders and automatic litter boxes so it will be easier for me to handle similar machines with basic instructions. My normal litterboxes that some of my cats prefer get scooped three times a day in my house so your kitties’ litterboxes will be well taken care of if I have a chance to catsit!
I can also take the trash out and if that’s needed while you are away.
Since I was a little kid, I’ve always loved all animals and been kind to them as we can be the whole world for them. I will be gentle and do my best to take great care of your babies with so much love!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
My first ever catsitting was for one adult cat in 2021 for 2 weeks or so. The next one was in 2022 for 7 adult cats my ex had and it was for a few months intermittently with his mom’s help. In 2023 I catsit a senior cat for a week or so then “fostered” a pregnant cat who gave birth to 6 kittens in 2024 and now I am a guardian of my own 4 cats. (3 kittens went to lovely houses)
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
I make sure to crack open the door while blocking the gap with my body in case kitties try to pop out then lock the door. I’ll be able to spot immediately things that can go wrong with kitties like plastic bags & small objects kitties might accidentally swallow or loose electric chords to play with. If there is a pet camera that are recording or monitoring, that’s totally fine with me and honestly it’s better that way when the guardian is away. I’ll double check if all the windows and doors are properly closed and locked and no fire hazard is on before leaving.
What is your favorite cat toy?
I am a cat-breathing user. I am the cat bender. A hardcore old-school-wand-swinging expert. I have been playing with multiple kittens for over a year every day. I did try using automatic toys or laser pointer but nothing beats me imitating a small bug movement to stimulate the kitties.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
Never rush. Kitties need to come to you. It’s smart for them to be cautious with a stranger so I’ll stay calm while taking care of basic necessities such as cleaning the litterboxes, refilling food and water. Kitties observe you and decide if they can trust you or not. I’ll try to give them some snacks like Churu to be more friendly but if they are not interested, that’s totally okay. I’ll just make sure to move quietly and slowly so the cats won’t get stressed.

Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:

- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
