Your local cat-less cat lover 😛While I am currently cat-less (thanks to living in a no-pet zone), I grew up surrounded by all kinds of breeds. This is my way of still being around cats and giving them the love and attention they deserve! I think I get as much if not more out of this than most of the kitties.

-If your kitty needs extra time or attention, I’m happy to stay longer to make sure they’re feeling good and safe.
-You can count on me to always take care of those kitty chores—litter box, feeding, playtime, all of it.
-I’m a professional photographer, so you can expect some intentional photos (if they agree to modeling of course) to keep you connected while you’re away!

What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting for about 10 years now. I started pet sitting at a young age and started doing it as an actual job in 2018
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
The cats! I have a huge heart and love animals more than anything. So nothing brings me more joy than getting to offer as much or as little love and attention to other peoples cats.
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
Just last month I got to cat sit two amazing rag doll brothers named Vito and Vinny and ended up absolutely falling in love with them. They were so funny and affectionate and had their own unique personalities. They would hide from me and jump out at me, I’ve never experienced anything like ti!
Are you usually available during holidays?
Absolutely! My family was never big on holidays so I am more than happy to spend them with your babies.
What is your favorite cat toy?
I am a fan of the classic laser! I have never found a cat thats not entertained by them, even the most luxurious breeds :)

Taylor did an excellent job with our 2 cats during a longer 2 week trip. One of our cats is very shy, and Taylor made him feel comfortable enough to come out and visit her after only a few days! On top of that, she was on time for visits, communicative to us with pictures, and gave us a sense that she truly cared for the well being of our cats while we were away. Taylor’s care for our two fur babies was absolutely wonderful! She sent us daily updates and was communicative throughout her stay. We have one cat who takes quite a while to warm up, Taylor was very respectful of this and by the end of her stay got some pets in with our shy girl! She is kind, respectful and attentive, and she has somehow made my cat feel safe and comfortable, which is nearly impossible to do given he was once feral. Holiday Surcharge
Due to high demand during holidays, sitters on Meowtel have the option to set their own holiday price increase, which can be found in the rates section of their profiles. If your reservation falls within three (3) days before and/or after a federal holiday, or on the holiday itself, a holiday surcharge, determined by your sitter, will be added to your reservation.
These are the date ranges in 2026 to which the holiday surcharge applies:
- January 1-4: New Year's 2026
- January 16-22: MLK Day
- February 13-19: Presidents Day
- May 22-28: Memorial Day
- June 16-22: Juneteenth
- July 1-7: July 4th
- September 4-10: Labor Day
- October 9-15: Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
- November 8-14: Veterans Day
- November 23-29: Thanksgiving

- December 29-31: New Year's 2027

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

San Marcos cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $31.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
