One of my cats (Phoebe) is particularly shy and I appreciated how gently Eya approached her. By the end of my trip, Phoebe was coming out and asking for pets which was such a relief! It's clear that Eya has a lot of experience with cats and knows how to interact with them based on their individual needs/personalities. She noticed each cat's personality and quirks, figured out how to give our sick one her pill without stressing her, and sat with our youngest on the stairs so she could eat in peace away from our resident food thief.
