"We had a fantastic experience with Nicoal and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and dependable to care for their pet. From the very beginning, she was extremely communicative and professional. She arranged a meet-and-greet beforehand and carefully followed all of our instructions. She proactively sent us updates at the end of every visit, including plenty of photos and videos, which gave us tremendous peace of mind while we were away. Even with the time-zone difference, she made sure to keep us informed and connected. She took wonderful care of our cat, giving him plenty of playtime, attention, and affection. She truly cared for him as if he were her own, and it was clear from the photos and videos that he loved having her around. Seeing the updates each day genuinely put a smile on our faces while we were away. She also left our home clean and tidy, including keeping his food and litter areas well maintained. She consistently went above and beyond what we expected, and her attention to detail and thoughtful communication made our time away completely stress-free. We are so grateful for the wonderful care and attention she gave our cat. She was incredibly thoughtful, attentive, and caring throughout our time away, and we truly appreciated how much effort she put into making sure both our cat and our home were well looked after. "Heather was fabulous! She went above and beyond. My air conditioning broke just before my trip and then there was a historic heat wave. Heather made an extra visit to make sure my kitties were ok, and she opened and closed the windows as needed for maximum temperature relief. I have three cats with very distinct personalities and one of them is quite scared of new people, but Heather has made great progress with him very quickly. I just can’t say enough good things about Heather. I hope she’s available the next time I need her."

Last time, after the cat sitter and I had come to an agreement, she cancelled the night before my trip, and I had to postpone it for two weeks. She claimed that she never officially accepted the reservation but still didn't let me know until the night before I left. So, that was confusing. Winter was much better about keeping my informed throughout the process and kept to her word. There's a lot of places to leave detailed information about you, your cat, and the kind of care she/he needs. Overall, I like the site and love the service. I was especially pleased that I could book an overnight sitter as my cat gets very lonely and has a complicated feeding schedule."

"Glo was a godsend. She was able to help us out starting over a holiday weekend and continue for about a month. My 94 year old mother had an outside cat that adopted her and it was very sick and needed medication twice a day. Something my mom was not physically able to do. Glo was able to nurse the cat back to health for us. She is very caring and loving not only towards my mothers cat, but also to my mother. Glo deserves 10 stars for her dedication and caring.
