"Michelle was wonderful with our boys! One of our cats has a heart condition, so leaving him in someone else’s care has always been stressful for us. Knowing that Michelle is a vet tech gave us so much confidence and peace of mind. We felt reassured knowing she would recognize any serious warning signs and know if an ER visit was necessary. She was able to give him his medication twice a day without any issues, and the fact that he was comfortable enough with her to let her administer it meant a lot to us. Our other cat is a bit of a ham and warmed up to her right away! She spent time playing with them, and it was clear from the pictures and videos she sent that they were comfortable and happy with her. As soon as they heard Michelle getting their food ready, they’d come downstairs and wait for service. 😂 Michelle sent us pictures and videos every time she stopped by, was communicative and thorough, and did everything we asked. Most importantly, we felt like our boys were safe, comfortable, and genuinely well cared for while we were away. We would absolutely trust Michelle to care for them again and highly recommend her, especially to anyone who has a pet with medical needs!"

"Christina was great with our two cats! Less than a week before our vacation one of our cats injured her paw, so she was prescribed medication. I notified Cristina when we found out about the paw injury and she got back to us quickly. Our cat is not compliant with medication (our cat slapped the pill dispenser out of the vet tech's hand when the vet tech tried to give her medicine). We told Cristina to try her best with the medication (it was not a life or death medication). Even though our cat was reluctant Cristina was able to give half the dose with a pill pocket she had. This was impressive considering our cat's refusal to take the medication. While juggling a last minute cat injury, she was able to check in on our other cat and give him very essential cuddles and playtime. Overall, Cristina did a lot of heavy lifting for us taking care of the cats and I would highly recommend her."

She has always impressed us but this time there are no words for the gratitude my family and I felt for Charla. Our worst nightmare started to unfold while we were in NY. A fire started in the canyon below our house. Charla was following the fire closely and went to our house without any prompting from us. She was on the scene as our neighborhood was given evacuation orders. We are so very thankful to SDFD and everyone who worked diligently and put out the fire before it reached our neighborhood. Charla was sending me constant updates. It was very scary being so far away. I would not have wanted anyone else on the scene making sure our cats were safe. Charla truly cares about animals and will put herself in harms way to protect them. I don't know if there is a better quality for a cat sitter. I am forever grateful for Charla."
