We have been lucky to have Ashley watch our shy yet codependent Ella Bella twice now, once over a long holiday weekend and again when we had to take an unexpected trip to deal with a family tragedy. Ashley is very communicative with us, very gentle and understanding with our sweet nervous kitty, and very kind to everyone. We are so relieved to have such a wonderful and reliable person to help us.

Ashley, was great!! I have kitties. A boy who is a people person and a girl who can be very shy. But both my kitties took well to Ashley. She kept in communication with me, sent me photos of each visit. She was amazing while I was gone for a while week.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
