"# ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars from Us—and Probably Ten from Our Cats! 😸 T is absolutely wonderful! She is incredibly caring, responsible, and detail-oriented. She doesn’t just take care of our cats—she pays attention to every little detail about them and genuinely understands their personalities. She seems to know every movement, expression, and little “language” of our cats. She notices things that even we sometimes don’t! She takes such amazing care of them that my only concern is that they might start comparing her to us—and we may not come out looking very good! 😊 She is also extremely reliable and communicative. She always keeps us posted about when she is arriving and leaving, and regularly sends us photos and videos of the cats. It makes such a difference when you’re away to actually see that your cats are happy, comfortable, and being well cared for. What I especially appreciate about T is that she goes beyond simply feeding and looking after the cats. She is very knowledgeable and always gives us helpful suggestions about their nutrition, behavior, and overall well-being. Knowing that T is taking care of our cats gives us complete peace of mind when we are away. She treats them with so much love and attention that you truly feel they are in the best possible hands. "Mandy is amazing! Our Meet & Greet went well and she has been so prompt in all of our communication! She stopped by for a dinner visit for our two cats and somehow she charmed our shy little black cat Connor?! Connor usually hides when anyone visits but he came out and was even up on the counter when Mandy visited for dinner time. He was even asking for pets?! She took great videos and photos which was so reassuring! Mandy also went above and beyond and brought in packages by our door and also took the time to treat our cats with a churu! Very grateful for Mandy’s care and attention to detail! Definitely recommend Mandy!"

Jennifer sent the most thoughtful, detailed updates along with the cutest pictures, which always brought a smile to our faces! She also worked with me to keep their mealtimes as close to their usual schedule as possible, which I really appreciated. One of the things that stood out to us most was how calm and content our cats were when we returned home. They’re usually a little stressed after we’ve been away, but this time was noticeably different! It was such a wonderful feeling to see them so relaxed and happy.
