Vanessa was quite literally amazing! My cat is very shy and easily scared, but Vanessa was able to make sure my cat was comfortable. My cat was out and about and even playing with her! It was so amazing to see those updates and gave me a lot of relief during my vacation. Thanks Vanessa!

I received late notice that I had to head out of town for something and Vanessa is a lifesaver. She was able to schedule a visit within hours on the same day and is one of few sitters I have found that can do 1 day prior new clients. THAT'S AMAZING! The questions she asked on arrival were ones I hadn't even thought of. "Do you have a carrier for earthquakes or a vet visit if anything happens?" Venessa is an absolute angel. When I had to leave town suddenly for a family emergency she stepped in immediately and went out of her way to get the keys from a third party. When that trip was extended from 4 days to 15 days she rearranged her personal schedule to watch my kitties. They were sooo happy with her, I received daily texts, photos and video's and somehow my apartment seemed cleaner than when I left it. I can't say how grateful I am to her for putting my mind at ease during a difficult time. She's the best!

Vanessa was great! She took care of our two cats while we were off getting married and having her give us thorough updates made it so we didn’t have to worry about the girls during a busy week! Vanessa is truly a cat whisperer and a life saver. I had to leave town with little notice, and being new in L.A., the biggest stressor was not knowing who would take care of my cats. Thankfully, I found Vanessa right away on the app. She was able to meet me and my cats the next day, then went above and beyond to accommodate my unknown schedule. She even came in on her days off, sent me photos & videos, and figured out that my cats don’t like seafood. Now that I’m back, my cats are wondering why their schedule is off and I think they miss Vanessa 🤷🏼‍♀️

Vanessa was perfect! She did 3 separate visits for our cat Pancake, and each time she checked in with multiple photos and updates, making sure to play and engage with our kitty each time. This was our first time using this service. Vanessa was fantastic. We have 4 feral cats in our yard. Vanessa sent us pictures and video every day. She was also kind enough to check out mail as well.
