From the moment we met Janet, we could feel she’s a genuinely good person. Her energy is so caring, warm, and trustworthy — I immediately felt like Leo was in the best hands. She’s incredibly attentive, thoughtful, and you can tell she truly cares about the animals she looks after. She took amazing care of Leo and kept us updated with pictures, videos, and detailed messages every visit. She played with him, cuddled him, cleaned his litter box, refreshed his water, vacuumed, and made sure he felt happy, entertained, and comfortable. I’m so grateful for her care and the peace of mind she gave us while we were away. We would absolutely book Janet again — she’s wonderful and highly recommended!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter.
