Elvin went totally above & beyond in cat sitting for us. He dealt with a leaky litter box (cleaning up the leak AND carrying it outside so the kitties would stop using it), brought in a very heavy package that was delivered, and took pictures for us every day even when the cats were hiding. Will definitely be booking Elvin again!

Elvin is fantastic and totally went the extra mile for us! We had an issue with our automatic litterbox and he came to the rescue without complaint. He even brought out/in our trash bins and packages without asking. His updates are detailed and made us feel at ease knowing our kitties were in good hands. Traveling is stressful no matter what, but leaving our kitty, Nelly, makes it so much harder. We were excited to find Meowtel and liked Elvin's profile. Elvin was extremely communicative from the very beginning and made the process of setting up a meet and greet super simple and easy. He sent us lots of pictures and videos which gave us peace of mind, and he spent some time playing and cuddling with Nelly rather than just feeding and leaving. Elvin was proactive with setting up a time for returning our key - even when I missed his messages at first. Elvin is Nelly approved.

Elvin was amazing and made leaving my cats at home while away on my trip much less stressful! This was their first time left alone for multiple days, but Elvin made the process much more smooth. I received photo and message updates about how they were doing, eating, and play time schedules. He was consistent in his visit times (he showed up between 6-7pm to feed them their dinners). He is very friendly, responds quickly, and my cats loved him!

Elvin is the best cat sitter I ever had. He helped to take care of our two cats during the new year holidays and also our fish. He updated us with pictures and videos every time he visited; and you can tell he truely cares about the cats. Noticed the cats seems bored while we are out, he played with them after taking care of their food, water and litter, trying to cheer them up. Elvin was very responsive in addressing whatever we needed, and very flexible in changing dates even at the holidays, as the snowstorms in the Sierras led us to leave on our trip early and nearly delayed our return. And the daily videos showed that our kitty was always happy to see him.
