Xiaomin went above and beyond for us and our kitties. Before the holidays, one of our kitties was unexpectedly diagnosed with IBD. We thought we had everything under control before leaving, but turned out not. Xiaomin gave our little guy the pills he needed and kept a close and caring eye on him. We ended up booking her for extra morning time. Knowing we could trust her gave us much peace of mind. She's an amazing cat sitter!

Xiaomin is a great cat sitter!! We have had her come twice so far and she's been very detailed and provided great updates. She was able to give our cats their necessary medications (pills, asthma inhaler) and is very conscientious of our place. We will definitely continue to depend on her whenever we're out of town.

We worked with Xiaomin over the Thanksgiving holiday. She did a great job of taking care of our two kitties, coming by twice a day. She kept us updated with photos and notes. Our cats had to be kept separate during our trip because they had been reactive to each other at night after seeing an animal out the window. She was able to work with this wrinkle with no problems.

I needed to leave town for the weekend, it was very last minute and Xiamen stepped up to the plate to save the day (well, really the entire weekend). She went above and beyond making sure my two kitties were safe and sound. She cleaned out the water fountain and filled it with fresh water, cleaned all their used wet food plates, made sure the litter box was spotless and made sure each kitty got play, pets and love and plenty of fresh food. I would definitely book Xiaomin as my pet sitter in the future. And hopefully, I can give her more notice next time. Thank you again, Xiaomin!

Xiaomin has been flawless in her daily visits to our home while we were away. She provides concise meaningful daily reports with photos each day. We appreciate not having to worry about our cats and home while traveling.

Communication with Xiaomin was timely and clear in the confirming of the reservation and visit timing. We appreciated Xiaomin stopping by for a short review of our home set-up in advance of the actual visits and liked that she lives just a few minutes from our home. When we were gone Xiaomin handled the feeding and litter box scooping very well, and also brought in our mail and newspaper. We appreciated that Xiaomin sent photos and a short recap via the app after each daily visit. We will definitely contact Xiaomin for future visits.

Xiaomin exceeded my expectations. I have had cat sitters in 3 states in the last 12 years, and she is #1. Every time I contacted her she responded, quickly and understood all of my directions and concerns. I am thrilled to have found her and would whole heartedly recommend her .
