What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

I love to meet new cats and discover their unique purrsonalities, and I love to play with them! I like knowing I can be the one to make a cat less lonely or scared while their humans are away.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

I will make sure I know everything I need to know about your cat; what time they like to eat and what foods they prefer, their favorite toys, their daily habits, whether they require any special attention or medication, etc. I like to set up a quick meeting with you and your cat before you leave so that they can meet me in a more comfortable setting with someone familiar around. I also like to clarify that while your cat may like to go outdoors, I’ll keep them indoors during my stay just for safety and to keep track of them.

Are you usually available during holidays?

I am usually available during minor holidays; Labor Day, Valentine’s Day, Halloween, etc. For Christmas and Thanksgiving I *may* be available at specific times, depending on family plans.

I was worried about leaving our 9 month old kitty (Pebbles) with a stranger while we were away on a 3+ week long holiday. We booked Andie, and after our meet-and-greet session, we knew that Pebbles was in good hands! Andie was great. She was able to build a bond with Pebbles by the second day, an impressive feat with a kitty that is used to being pampered 24/7. Andie was very communicative, providing us with plenty of updates and photos during her visits. She provided feedback on Pebbles' status, and was able to incorporate our suggestions into her workflow. Andie even unboxed a few basic toys (tunnel, ball pyramid) that we ordered for our bored kitty while we were away. Andie takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the pets she is taking care of. We would recommend her for both long-term or short pet sitting assignments, and will reach out to her the next time Pebbles needs a pal.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
