Nicole was amazing! When we first met her and showed her our cats and their routine, she was dutifully taking notes the entire time. She asked thoughtful questions and was very friendly. Then, while we were away, Nicole would send as at least 10 photos per day and a very long message about how they were doing! She was extremely detailed in her messages and it really felt like she loved and cared for our babies. Upon returning to our apartment, everything was nice and tidy and our cats seemed very happy! She even left us a very sweet hand-written card! Thank you, Nicole, for taking care of our babies while we were away! We really appreciate you and are very grateful for all your help.

I am very delighted to have come across Nicole. It is always the biggest concern to leave my cats behind when I have to travel, but having my cats in Nicole's good hands, I feel I can plan my trips more often. She is very familiar with cats and took loving care of my two cats. She took notes and asked great questions when she paid a visit for a meet and greet, and visited at a regular time everyday, which was not a strong requirement, but surely helpful for my cats to experience a consistent routine. Nicole sent detailed updates on my cats, such as where they were, what they were doing when she arrived, how much they ate, and observed their feces when she cleaned the litter boxes. She also sent me photos that put smile on my face each day. My cats were clearly happy with her and one of them rubbed his cheek against hers. I found it very impressive that Nicole let my cats' guard down so quickly! Nicole also kindly offered to water my plants. There are good cat sitters out there, but for me, Nicole is at the next level! I'll definitely would like to hire Nicole whenever I am away from home.

Nicole was extremely responsive from the get-go of reaching out. We had never had someone outside friends or family watching our cats, but since it was a long trip, we wanted to hire someone who we could trust. I’m so glad we found Nicole! We had a wonderful meet and greet and felt we could trust her right away. She asked great questions, took notes and was immediately sweet to our cats. Nicole was wonderful with our two cats! Our social cat Percy loved her from the meet and greet, and it only took a couple of visits for shy Lancelot to start running out for belly rubs from her as well. I could tell from the photos how happy they were, and we came back from a two-week trip to a clean home and clearly content cats! Nicole was responsive, detail-oriented, and communicative from the beginning, and I will ask her to watch Percy and Lancelot again in a heartbeat.

Nicole did an outstanding job caring for my two cats. She was very responsible and fantastic working with them. Throughout the week, she consistently provided detailed updates with many pictures each visit. I was also pleased that I never needed to remind her of anything. She was thoughtful working with my younger and highly energetic cat, supporting many different enrichments for his zoomies. She also helped redirect him, as he is currently in an exploratory phase, and used great judgment to support him. In updates, I could see both cats really loved seeing her, and I returned home to calm, happy cats. I highly recommend Nicole, and I plan to reserve time with her again in the future.

Nicole is very knowledgeable with cats and I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. She sent multiple photos of each kitten with a paragraph of updates, which was so appreciated during my trip. One of my kittens had recently been spayed and I was worried about the healing; she made sure to mention it in each update. She's very kind and attenative to my worries and what my cats needs. Nicole was Amazing! She is so friendly, and our cats absolutely loved her! She made sure to update us every visit with precious photos and detailed summaries. This was the first time we spent time away from our fur babies, yet we felt so relieved we found someone who gave our cats all the care, love and attention they needed while we were gone.
