I've always loved cats! I've always considered myself an introvert, so having cats aligns with my personality. I currently have two cats: Ellie and Oliver. If I could adopt more, I definitely would! My cats are the love of my life, my literal children. I would also love to one day foster cats! My partner and I love to randomly pop into PetSmart stores and adoption agencies to see the cute cats that are up for adoption. I've always been a lover of cats; I think it stems from my family having two childhood cats: Sammy, Tai, Whinnie, and Snowflake. I am comfortable with a variety of cat personalities. We couldn’t have asked for a better catsitter to take care of our cats, Leo and Max, while we were away! From the very beginning, Andrea showed great communication, sending us regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind. Leo, who can be shy, warmed up quickly, and Max, who has a special diet, was clearly well cared for. She made sure to follow all of his dietary needs, and he seemed happy and healthy when we returned. Our home was left just as we’d left it, and both cats seemed content. Andrea is truly fantastic. For years I had a friend close by take care of my boys, but when I moved away I lost that peace of mind. I am SO grateful I found Andrea. During our meet and greet she took very thorough notes and asked questions about stuff I hadn’t thought of. One of my boys is a super menace and unfortunately only likes me, and Andrea was great with meeting him and learning his pace and space requirements; she even got him to come around to her! Andrea frequently checks in and sends great photos and videos. If you are someone who is nervous about having someone else care for your cat family, she is the one! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
