We couldn’t be happier with the care Lyndsey provided for our three kitties! From the start, she was incredibly professional, attentive, and loving with each of our cats, making sure they felt comfortable and safe. Lyndsey kept us updated with pictures and notes, which really put our mind at ease. Lyndsey even brought in packages that were outside and when we got an oversized package she easily brought that in too. We were having issues with our litter robot and somehow she fixed that and knew to clean the sensors. Our trash day happened when we were away and she even moved the trash bins closer to our home from the street. When we came home, our cats were calm, happy, and clearly well taken care of. I highly recommend Lyndsey to anyone looking for a trustworthy, kind, and detail-oriented cat sitter. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
