Aleah was truly phenomenal. My cat is an extremely chatty, anxious rescue who can become overwhelmed easily. This was my first time hiring a Sitter and with that comes the worry of whether a sitter will have the same patience an owner does regarding their animals idiosyncrasies. Aleah met him exactly where he was—with calm, attentiveness, and remarkable patience. Communication was excellent from the start. She was easy to talk with, she ensured the expectations and responsibilities were discussed through and clarified any potential confusion prior to the actual stay. She balanced professionalism with genuine warmth, which made the experience feel human rather than purely transactional. I received multiple photos each night along with thoughtful updates on Greyson’s behavior, what they did together, and the condition of the space. She also asked considerate questions about triggers and indicators to ensure Greyson felt safe and secure. It was clear she put real care into building trust with him. I had complete peace of mind and would absolutely recommend Aleah without hesitation.

Aleah is an exceptional cat sitter! This was our first time with a cat sitter coming to our home and Aleah was a perfect match for our cat. We connected with Aleah very easily at our Meet & Greet, which gave us peace of mind as we left the country for 9 days. While we were away Aleah got our shy cat to trust her through play and gentle interactions. When our cat became sick she thoroughly cleaned up the messes, contacted our vet twice, and took her to a sick visit appointment for treatment. Aleah stayed in daily communication with us, alternating between texts, pics, short videos, and even a phone call when our cat became ill. She truly went above and beyond to give our cat the best care. Aleah is delightful, responsible, pays attention to details, and left our home exactly as we left it. Aleah was a wonderful overnight companion for our shy girl, Maggie. We were so confident in Aleah's capabilities and she made our kitty feel the same - through gentle coaxing with treats, relaxing calm time with favorite toys, and meeting Mags where and when she is most comfortable - she came out of her shell in no time and now will look forward to hanging with Aleah in the future! Aleah from now on is our go to cat sitter. She went above and beyond the whole time. I've never used Meowtel before but she was incredibly helpful the whole time. She made notes and made me feel secure during our meet and greet. She sent pictures and videos not only of our fur babies but of bowls, the water fountain, litterbox, and even when they didn't take the wet food. She let us know which wet food upset their tummy and cleaned up their mess. They were played with and she was so so patient with our timid one.
