Once again, Pauline was an excellent sitter for our two cats. They are not terribly social cats but Pauline still manages bringing them out from hiding or finding their favorite hiding spots! Pauline has sat for us for several years now and we always appreciate her consistency and kindness! 🐈‍⬛🐈

Pauline did another amazing job taking care of my two cats while my family and I traveled for a week. One of our cats is painfully shy and the other pretends she doesn’t like attention - Pauline was able to get daily photos of both of them to send to us through her awesome updates. This gave us reassurance our cats were okay while we were away so that we could enjoy our trip! Pauline was great with our shy COVID kitties! Even though they weren't brave enough to say hi to her during visits, Pauline took pictures from afar to let us know they were ok without stressing them out. She provided updates with pictures of the food bowls and litterbox, as well. Knowing the situation at home let me and my husband really enjoy our long weekend away. We would definitely book Pauline again for the future 😊

Pauline was incredibly thoughtful and reliable. She helped us out during a holiday weekend no less and spent dedicated time with our kitties. She also sent us the best pictures while we were away to help with the homesickness during our trip.

Pauline was amazing with our senior kitty while we were gone. she gave daily updates and let me know how she was doing and was able to give her subcutaneous fluids while we were away. I felt very comfortable with her watching our kitty when I normally have anxiety leaving her, I knew she was in good hands with Pauline!

first time using meowtel was a success thanks to Pauline! she was flexible with setting up times to meet before and to pick up a key to my building. she sent so many cute pictures of my babies while I was away and they looked so comfortable with her! she also sent photos of their food and water to ensure it was all filled. i appreciated her open availability to come check on them in the morning and evening. I look forward to booking with Pauline again in the future! ☺️

Pauline did such a wonderful job looking after Fitz while we were away. We are very new to the city and left Fitz for longer than we ever have before so we were very worried about how she would do, but Pauline made us feel so much better with detailed updates and many pictures! Fitz was also pretty shy and Pauline made such a sweet effort to connect and make Fitz feel comfortable, which meant so much to us as well. This was a wonderful experience and we would absolutely love to have Pauline look after Fitz again in the future

Pauline was so amazing! it was our first time leaving Kiwi with a non-relative or friend and Pauline took such good care of her. We booked Pauline for our 5-day trip to watch our two kitties. Unfortunately while we were gone, we noticed one of our cats running away and not eating her dinner, while our other cat got both dinners for two days in a row. After informing Pauline, I'm still not sure both cats got fed their own dinner since we couldn't see both bowls and no photos were sent. It was a slightly frustrating experience. We didn't see Pauline interact with the kitties much at all, either playing or petting. The litter boxes were also very dirty and the water fountain barely had water in it when we returned from our trip. We most likely will not book another sitter and just get a friend to help us next trip away.

The reservation went fine, she notified when she ran late and posted photos to view our fur babies. The app however, can be quite jinky in showing duplicate pics or not sending messages.
