Kelly was simply awesome. This was our first time to "hire" a petsitter and I was verry anxious. Meeting Kelly made us so much more comfortable. I'm a veterinarian, and Kelly clearly has knowledge, experience, and is very observant and aware of any little changes in the kitties. This impression proved to be accurate; she proactively looked for any problems, and gave them both personal attention. She petted, brushed, and played with them. She went above and beyond cleaning their messy areas, sent cute pictures, and kept us fully updated. One of our kitties has health issues, and I feel comfortable leaving him in her care. Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
