I also have experience administering medication, post-surgery care and recognizing potential health issues.
During meet and greets, I have a long list of questions: what are their potty habits, will they only eat from one particular dish, are they an escape artist, do they hate having their ears touched, etc.

Full-time professional petsitter for seven years and I've had three cats of my own. I've also fostered a mama cat and her four kittens.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, since petsitting is my full-time job, I am available holidays, weekends, any day of the week (unless I'm traveling myself).

We truly cannot recommend Stacey enough. She cared for our three cats for the past two years, and saying goodbye when she moved to Colorado was incredibly difficult for us. Wherever she is now, that community is so lucky to have her. It is incredibly rare to find someone who genuinely loves and cares for your pets as if they were her own. Over the past couple of years, our cats have developed medical conditions that require extra attention and care. Stacey handled everything with such compassion, patience, and responsibility, always making sure we felt updated and reassured while we were away. Because of Stacey, we were able to travel with peace of mind, something we never thought would be possible after our cats became ill. That gift is truly priceless to us. Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Fort Collins cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $30.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
