Within 12 hours, she was over and got our shy kitty to come out from hiding and gave her two meds, no problem at all. I had never left my cats alone for this long and having Tehani check in on them everyday made it possible for me to relax and not stress about them during my vacation. She was patient with my shy cats and still got photos to send while they were hiding under my furniture. I came home to two happy and healthy kitties!"

The customer service I received when I had a computer glitch on my end when making the reservation was quick response and an easy fix, and the person I talked with walked me through everything until I got it!! Renee was absolutely wonderful. She is so knowledgeable about cats and her love for them showed through immediately when we had our “meet and” greet!” I felt totally comfortable leaving Mittens in her care. With each daily visit, she texted me updates and photos, which I so appreciated. Being able to to leave our cat with such loving care and in her own familiar surroundings was invaluable!! I was pretty nervous about it in the beginning because we've had bad pet sitting experiences and we didn't know Sharlet at all. But she was absolutely amazing with our old lady. She was on time every time, which was critical for us and she traveled far 2x a day and stayed with our baby the whole time. She communicated with us every day, sending pictures and giving us a status each day. Our cat tends to be very uneasy with strangers, but judging from pics, she seemed pretty at ease.
