hi everyone! a little about me, I have always been an animal lover, and have the sweetest black kitty of my own! Millie is 8 years old now, but always keeps me on my feet. She is as playful as she is affectionate, always giving us so much love. She wasn’t spayed when we got her so I had to research and ensure her spaying process went safe and smooth through a credible veterinarian. Her recovery process took some time but we ensured to take every step to make her feel comfortable and safe. I did have a bit of a rough start on day 1 over a miscommunication regarding timing of the visitation but even though it was a holiday weekend Meowtel was extremely helpful in getting the situation resolved. Overall Deeksha did exactly what I requested which was visit my cat 1X a day and refilled his food. That being said, I do wish the timing of the visits were more consistent as one day the visit was in the morning and the next day it was after 5pm. However, this is something I now know for the future and overall I really did prefer this service rather than boarding my cat.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation
and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any
earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation
rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the
reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50%
of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48
hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and
the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
