Xiao is simply amazing. She instantly connected with our cats and was wonderful at keeping us up to speed on their adventures while we were away. Her photos and short videos were great! We were using a lockbox, and it jammed. When she couldn’t reach us, Xiao scouted around and found our hidden key. She showed real initiative and care. This was our second time trusting our cats to Xiao, and we will definitely ask her to look after them in the future.

Xiao was amazing! My kitty is normally very shy but she warmed up to her right away :) I was away during a heat wave, and Xiao was great about setting up extra fans and picking up packages. 10/10!

Our kitty is not too keen to strangers and has a hard time with cat boarding. We were anxious to leave Cassie for over a week, but Xiao relieved all our anxiety! She is super communicative, multiple photos and videos were sent daily. + Asked questions when needed. She is super sweet! Our cat sensed that and LOVED her! every photo that was sent, her tail was pointed up and she was super playful. Plus she left extra bowls of water out without being asked. Xiao is wonderful and we couldn’t have put Cassie in better hands ☺️

It was our first time using Meowtel and we're so happy we booked with Xiao! She spent quality time playing with our cats and giving them treats and just making sure they had good company whilst we were away for the weekend.
