Our kitty is not too keen to strangers and has a hard time with cat boarding. We were anxious to leave Cassie for over a week, but Xiao relieved all our anxiety! She is super communicative, multiple photos and videos were sent daily. + Asked questions when needed. She is super sweet! Our cat sensed that and LOVED her! every photo that was sent, her tail was pointed up and she was super playful. Plus she left extra bowls of water out without being asked. Xiao is wonderful and we couldn’t have put Cassie in better hands ☺️

Xiao was a fantastic sitter for my senior kitty! It was my first time hiring a sitter for her and Xiao did such an amazing job, I will definitely book again in the future. She provided plenty of photos each visit and put my mind at ease with administering her daily medications. My kitty definitely enjoyed her company while I was away, she hardly missed me!

This was our first time using any professional service to house sit our cats, and we were apprehensive. It turned out to be a fantastic experience! Xiao was great with our cats. They immediately bonded with her, and it was clear from the videos she sent that they were having a good time without us! Xiao, was professional, on time, and an excellent communicator. They included important elements, such as notification releases in the event that our vet needed to be contacted and a requirement that sitters post videos of their visits.
