I cannot say enough GREAT things about Cianna! My week-long reservation was my first time using Meowtel and leaving my relatively new rescues alone for an extended time period. I was very nervous about this, but Cianna put my mind at ease during our Meet & Greet. I could tell right away that she "understood" cats and was customer-service-oriented. My fur babies have a daily "routine," and Cianna followed it carefully. She took meticulous notes and asked important questions I hadn't thought about! Twice daily, she sent me detailed notes about their meals, litter box use, and playtime. She sent videos and pictures, which was good evidence of the fun they were having and allowed me to enjoy my vacation! Cianna will be my go-to cat sitter for the foreseeable future!

I reached out to Cianna at the last minute to take care of my cats. she went above and beyond to help me out. She continues to be an outstanding sitter who my cats have come to adore. They even come when she calls out to them, and the pictures and videos she sends shows me that they are happy and enjoying their time with her.

Cianna is amazing. One of our cats had an emergency issue while we were on vacation, and Cianna took her to the ER vet and stayed overnight for over 12 hours waiting for her to be seen. Cianna always goes above and beyond!!

Booking Cianna while we were away for vacation was one of the best moves. Her passion and dedication for felines was evident in the way she cared for our babes. She performed the daily tasks to perfection, as well as creating an enriching environment for our cats. She was able to develop a bond with both of our cats, and that’s saying a lot, because our tuxedo is very shy! Each day, Cianna would give a recap of her visit and send pics/videos of our kitties. This helped give us peace of mind while we were on the other side of the world! Our cats can also be picky eaters, and she was able to problem solve and find creative ways to have them eat! Cianna’s calm and gentle nature is perfect for cats, and I wish I could give her a 11/10!

Cianna is Fantastic! Treated both our cats as if they were hers. She was even able to win the heart of our "Scaredy cat"' by the Middle of the week. This was the first time Cianna sat for us. And we could tell by the end of our first meet and greet that she would do an outstanding job.... she did not disappoint! We will absolutely not hesitate to contact her in the future. Cianna is a rock star! Cianna came for a meet and greet to learn about my cats routine for meals, litter boxes and other stuff. she asked lots of excellent questions, and was very thorough. My cats absolutely adore her, and by the second visit they were playing with her, and rolling around on the floor for belly rubs. My cats tend to be skittish, so seeing how she was able to get them to come out and see her and interact with her was so heartwarming. Cianna is now my cat sitter when I need to be away from home. I can be away and know that my cats are happy and well taken care of. I wish I could give her ten stars!

Cianna is an exceptional cat sitter. We have an extremely shy, much beloved kitty, and Cianna took extra time and care to bring her out of her shell. By day three, our girl (who adores hiding under the covers), emerged from the covers to receive pets and brushes. it may not seem like much, but this was huge for our cat! Cianna sent daily notes and pics that were thorough and timely. We're excited to have finally found a sitter who is a good match for our cat and for us:)

Whenever I hire Cianna she always goes above and beyond! I first hired Cianna last minute to watch my two sick cats when I was called away for a family emergency and I’m so glad I did! I was very impressed with the questions she asked because they were detailed and insightful in a way I wouldn’t have thought of myself. She took notes and made it clear her goal was to make the process of me being away as least stressful as possible for my cats. She is very accommodating of my more nervous cat and it is obvious how much she cares about not only their well-being, but also their feelings of comfort and safety inside their home. She is extremely thorough and communicative in her updates, and went completely above and beyond my expectations when it came to monitoring their condition and problem solving when issues arose like when one of them wouldn’t eat, despite having to stay a little longer in order to get them to. She’s my go-to sitter!

Repeat client cats love Aunti Cianna! My cats really do love her. They come out when she calls them, and they seek attention from her. She spends quality time with them, playing, brushing them, and making sure they each get their meals. My cats are happy and relaxed when I get home. Cianna is my favorite cat sitter!
