Cianna truly was a life saver for us this trip. Our elder cat with some thyroid issues had a medical emergency and she went out of her way to take him to an emergency vet late at night, stay with him overnight, and provide additional care and attention until we could arrive home. She took care of him like her own and provided us the peace of mind that he was in good hands until we could get back. Her extensive knowledge and experience with cat behavior is what alerted us to the problem and assured he got the medical care needed. This is the kind of sitter you want but is a rare find.

We had planned an overnight trip the weekend a snow storm was coming in and once again Cianna went above and beyond to make sure our cats would be taken care of regardless of the weather. She proactively made arrangements to guarantee they would get care despite the impending storm including setting up times self feeders in case travel was restricted. She even took care of the house, bringing in packages so they weren’t damaged by weather and offering to salt so we could get in the door safely upon our return. She is an absolute professional and thinks of everything so you can enjoy your time away without worry.

Cianna did a great job taking care of my kitties! She was very thorough about her care and communication, going above and beyond any other sitter that I’ve ever had. It was very obvious that she loves cats and this is not just a job for her, which makes a huge difference in the care she provides. After every visit, I received a lengthy message from Cianna with updates on what they did that visit and any update on their behavior/health. Additionally, the update contained pictures and videos of the kitties playing, which was extremely helpful in easing any fears or anxiety that pet parents get when they leave their babies. It was really appreciated that Cianna asked questions when she wasn’t sure about something. I would highly recommend Cianna to any cat mom/dad looking for a sitter that genuinely cares! Booking Cianna while we were away for vacation was one of the best moves. Her passion and dedication for felines was evident in the way she cared for our babes. She performed the daily tasks to perfection, as well as creating an enriching environment for our cats. She was able to develop a bond with both of our cats, and that’s saying a lot, because our tuxedo is very shy! Each day, Cianna would give a recap of her visit and send pics/videos of our kitties. This helped give us peace of mind while we were on the other side of the world! Our cats can also be picky eaters, and she was able to problem solve and find creative ways to have them eat! Cianna’s calm and gentle nature is perfect for cats, and I wish I could give her a 11/10!

We had Cianna watch our three high maintenance cats over the holidays and not only did she give us the peace of mind to enjoy our trip knowing they were in good hands but she went above and beyond to make sure the had a good holiday too. She was incredibly attentive to all of their special needs (we have two senior cats and one with CH) and she spent so much time getting to know their individual personalities so she could customize their care. She is very thorough in her preparation and has an extensive knowledge of cat behavior and care. Her experience with fostering makes her a fantastic caretaker of all types of cats, but especially with cats who may be flighty or have difficulty adjusting to new people. Her regular updates were detailed and reassuring and our cats were spoiled by the love and attention she gave them. Cianna is a rock star! Cianna came for a meet and greet to learn about my cats routine for meals, litter boxes and other stuff. she asked lots of excellent questions, and was very thorough. My cats absolutely adore her, and by the second visit they were playing with her, and rolling around on the floor for belly rubs. My cats tend to be skittish, so seeing how she was able to get them to come out and see her and interact with her was so heartwarming. Cianna is now my cat sitter when I need to be away from home. I can be away and know that my cats are happy and well taken care of. I wish I could give her ten stars!

Whenever I hire Cianna she always goes above and beyond! I first hired Cianna last minute to watch my two sick cats when I was called away for a family emergency and I’m so glad I did! I was very impressed with the questions she asked because they were detailed and insightful in a way I wouldn’t have thought of myself. She took notes and made it clear her goal was to make the process of me being away as least stressful as possible for my cats. She is very accommodating of my more nervous cat and it is obvious how much she cares about not only their well-being, but also their feelings of comfort and safety inside their home.
