I currently have two American Short hair cats and their names are Caffeine and Kilo. They are so adorable and make my life better.

What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?

Talk with the cat parent to learn how their cat feels most taken care of. Some cats are very affectionate while others are not. I’d also ask about and dietary or medical issues I should be aware of to ensure the best care of the cat.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

The best thing is to be calm and give them space. Each cat reacts to a stranger in their own way.

Jennifer was great! I had no problems or complaints at all. I really appreciated all of the detailed updates and photos that she sent - it’s always nice to have the visual assurance that everyone was being well cared for and loved. I had a little problem understanding the scheduling part of the app, but Jennifer was able to straighten that out at our “meet and greet”.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
