Sydney was so wonderful and went above and beyond for our kitties! It was our first time leaving them for a few days to go on a trip so we were pretty nervous. But Sydney was so lovely, communicative, and put our minds at ease that they were in such great care while we were away. We especially loved getting the daily updates and photos. We will definitely be using her again the next time we go on vacation!

Sydney was very accommodating to my geriatric cat’s moody temperament and followed everything on the long list of instructions I left as a helicopter cat mom. My cat is very picky with her wet-food and Sydney made it perfectly that my cat ate it all. I will be booking again!

Sydney did show up each day and provided food and water and cleaned the litter box daily. My cat is very shy, so she did not see her most days, and responded to my questions as I had some concerns; but all was well when I returned home. So I appreciate the effort made to support my request.

Sydney was amazing. it was a last minute booking so we FaceTimed. she gave me an anticipated arrival time, stuck to it, and left me a nice note with Polaroid pics of the cats she saw. I highly recommend Sydney.

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Cat parents will receive a full refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
