She took the time to make sure each of them was comfortable and cared for. It’s obvious she genuinely enjoys working with animals. Our cats were calm and happy when we returned. Their boxes were clean, water and food bowls full, and even helped with some kitty clean-up...which meant a lot to us. "Neusa was wonderful. My cats were relaxed and happy when I came home. She brought a great energy everyday and sent me lot of pictures of happy kitties and full food bowls and water. she even did a couple extra things for me that she didnt have to. She also was great with respecting boundaries. she couldn't find my 3rd water fountain because it was in my bedroom and she didnt go in the initially until I told her thats where it was. So she stays out of your private spaces unless instructed otherwise. I appreciate that immensely. I'll definitely be using her services again in the future."
