I can not say enough great things about Grace!! In the past, We've had family members watch our cat when we're gone. We always come back to find 1/2 the food and treats have not been given to her, and usually the water bowl was almost empty. I searched online and found Grace through Meowtel, and am I ever glad we did. Grace came every morning at the agreed time. She made sure the water bowl was full, fed her and gave her the treats. She even brushed her. Our cat is real standoffish with just about everyone but close family, but not with Grace. I could tell my cat really liked her and looked forward to seeing her every morning (we have indoor cameras). Grace made our vacation less stressful because we knew our cat was in great hands and being taken care of. IF you're looking for a top notch cat sitter, Grace is the sitter for you! Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Gift Card Balance if
they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive
any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned
earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund
will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned
earnings.
