What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
Been living with and caring for kitties since 2014. I give my cats a good probiotic for their digestive system, plaque off for teeth and bad breath, and a water solution also to keep good oral health. I can provide tips and ideas to help improve the health and happiness of your kitty!
What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
Purring. Softness. Love. Gentleness. Healing. Providing the family of the fur babies a feeling of safety and trust knowing I will take care of their fur babies with the same care and love I give my own, and follow your instructions as you request.
Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?
Yes! Nala is 2.5 years old. And Azuli, I met her at age 11, and she lived another 9 years and passed in 2019.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Trust your GUT! How do you feel about them? Trust how you feel. Make sure you do your due diligence checking people out, research them if you feel inclined, and MEET them before the booking occurs.
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
Get any specific care instructions, habits and needs of the pet. List of medications when and how much to give them. Show me hiding places! I have a rule.....EYES ON THE CAT before I leave home. If you wish, I can apply the same rule for you. Instructions for entry and exit of the property. Get Vet info! Get Emergency info!
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Look for things they can put in their mouth that can cause obstructions or issues, and put away. Look for signs of health issues (check eyes, kitty paw beans, feeling their body and fur for anything unusual. Report all if any to owner.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Sometimes, it depends.
What is your favorite cat toy?
The rope and the triple tunnel! Also the rolling balls!
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
I do Reiki. Talk soft. Move slow. Let the pet smell the back of my hand. Pet them only if they allow it.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Coral Springs cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $24.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
