Hello! My name is Susan, and I would love to have the pleasure of looking after your kitty friend while you are away! I treat every cat like they are my own, and I treat every cat owner like they love their cat as much as I love mine. I understand that some kitties are terrified leaving the comfort of their space and routine, and agree that it is sometimes better to bring in a knowledgeable sitter to care for them while their owner is away. My Dad has a diabetic cat, and it's unable to give her the necessary insulin shots. Susan meet with us, listened to our concerns, and took excellent care of Dad's cat while I was not able to. Dad was very happy with her support for his cat, even if his cat wasn't. Susan also sent me messages about how things were going after every visit. When Dad had a concern for his cat's health, Susan helped her the care needed to resolve the issue. Next time I need this kind of help, I WILL MOST CERTAINLY call upon Susan again!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
