What is your experience with cat sitting, and how long have you been doing it?
I have been cat sitting since freshman year of highschool. I spent a lot of time at home due to covid and my family being away from home for work, so I spent plenty of time with my cats and did my best to make sure they had the best environment to live in. After realizing how much I loved cats I went on to help people I know cat sit and even give them advice on their cats and kitties. I also spent a lot of time caring for stray kittens. They are often overlooked but all they really want is someone to care for them, so finding them a safe home is something I became passionate about.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes, I am basically available at any day or time. If you have a cat who needs certain things at specific times, I am perfect for that sort of thing. I understand how important routine is for a cat.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
My cat bubbles is very anxious. When a person visits my house he immediately hides in my room and I spend time with him comforting him and just petting him slowly. Cats they live indoors can become extremely sensitive and it is important to have somone who understands that sensitivity be the one to take care of your cats. Having an obnoxious, careless or rude cat sitter sounds like a nightmare and when I had to get a cat sitter one time, I spent a long time making sure I found the right person. If you have an anxious cat, I will do my best to ensure your cat has the best experience they could have by simply respecting their personal space and mood. Cats learn through trust, and I will always do my best to build that trust.

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
