I arranged to have Ayelen look after my Egyptian Maus last minute after my prior cat sitter fell through. She was able to meet and greet within 24hrs, and asked great questions. Maus are notoriously shy with strangers, and I was pleasantly surprised when she sent videos and pictures from her visits, with all of them out, playing and accepting affection from her.

Ayelen, is AMAZING 🤩! I am beyond thankful for what she did while we where gone . She took care of our two babies like if they were her own; she took her time with each one to great them love them and play with them . she was very loving and gentle while administering our Larito her medicine. Ayelen was incredible! My cats loved her. One of them is very shy, but with Ayelen she came out to be petted, which says a lot. She always sent us pictures and videos, fed them very well, and gave them so much love. We are super happy with her and will definitely leave our cats with her again on our next trip. Highly recommend!

Ayelen was fantastic from start to finish. She cared for our Salem as if he was her own. She sent me photos and videos after every visit and gave so much love to my boy while we were away. I truly believe that they had a connection. Salem felt so comfortable around her and I absolutely would reserve her again. Great experience!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
The Meowtel Promise & Satisfaction Guarantee
We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our Meowtel Protection Plan in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
