"Nelani was an amazing drop in sitter for my cat Figaro, and I’m so glad I found her. From the start, she was professional, responsive, and clearly someone who truly cares about animals. As a pet owner, it’s such a relief to know your pet is in kind and capable hands when you’re away. Nelani made sure Figaro had fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and lots of attention. She took the time to play with him and make him feel comfortable rather than just stopping in quickly and leaving. Figaro can be picky about new people, but he warmed up to her very quickly, which really shows how calm and patient she is with animals. One thing that really stood out was her communication. She sent thoughtful updates and photos during and after the visit, which made a huge difference while I was away. It was clear she was paying attention to Figaro’s behavior and well being, not just completing the basic tasks. Nelani was punctual, dependable, and respectful of my home. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate pet sitter would be lucky to have her care for their pets. I highly recommend Nelani and will absolutely be booking with her again. She came by to meet him and my other cat super prepared and asked great questions which left me at ease they'd be in good hands while I was away. Michelle texted me everyday with detailed updates and pictures and the boys loved her. I am so glad to have someone I can count on to take care of my boys and handle the medication aspect while I'm away, it gives me lots of peace of mind."

"Chini has taken care of my cat Leo multiple times through in-home stays and drop-in visits, and I can’t recommend her enough. The longest stay was a full week overnight, and she took incredible care of him the entire time. She made sure Leo was fed, his litter box was clean, and spent time playing with him and brushing him so he stayed happy and comfortable. Leo can be shy at first and is a bit of a codependent lap cat once he warms up, so routine and patience are really important for him. Chini was amazing at keeping him on his normal schedule so he wouldn’t feel out of sorts, and he ended up warming up to her very quickly, even sleeping with her at night! She also sent lots of photos and videos while I was away, which made me feel so reassured. One of the sweetest things she did was bring Leo treats, toys, and even a bowtie collar she thought he would like because he’s a tuxedo cat. It was clear she treated him like he was her own. When I got home, Leo was relaxed and happy, he barely seemed to notice I had been gone because she took such great care of him. I would absolutely book Chini again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, reliable, and genuinely caring cat sitter."

He took out the litter with no issues and would always clean up their mess. He recommended some feeding habits that changed how I take care of my cats and I am so thankful!! Super patient, gentle, and clearly knows what she is doing—even with a stubborn kitty. I also appreciate the updates and photos while I am away. It makes me feel so much better knowing my cats are in good hands and doing well. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals she is looking after.
