I can’t say enough great things about Jen! Amazing care for our cats addressing all our concerns & information provided. Organized, responsive, & sensitive to all our cat-care needs! One of our cats is a senior kitty requiring 2 medications at each meal. She can be quite ornery in her old age, but she is still my little angel. Jen took care & patience with her for every single meal well above anything expected to include standards Meowtel states on their website. On top of this, on Jen’s correspondence pictures/videos, she was actively playing with her! I’ve not seen my senior cat do this ever without 1st knowing someone for months. By the end of our 1st day away from home, all my immediate concerns were dismissed & I calmed down knowing they were in amazing care. I’ve never seen either cat take to a stranger so quickly. I was even a little pleasantly jealous. In addition to all of this, she supplied amazing pictures & videos of all cats to us each day. (Can someone hire Jen for cat photography!?) While I always miss them, it made us feel great knowing they were getting the best attention & care they could get!

I get so nervous about who I leave Elsa with but Jen’s pictures and videos made me feel so much better! Elsa was having a ball!

Jen did an excellent job of caring for my 10 fun angles. While she did not want to do the morning feeding, I found Jennifer that did. This worked out better in the long run - Jen had to cancel some appointments due to illness and Jennifer was able to cover.

We have one very shy kitty and one very social one. Jen does a good job of giving each the attention that they need.

Jen was an excellent caregiver to my two kittens when I was out of town! Not only did she make sure that they had fresh water, dry and wet food, and clean litter daily, but she also brought her iPad for my cats to play games on, bubbles, and sent me the sweetest pictures and videos while I was gone. Truly above and beyond service! I highly recommend this sweet and detail-oriented cat sitter!!

Jen was amazing!!! I was skeptical since I have never used a pet sitting service but Jen went above and beyond. She was timely, sent us amazing updates on everything. Jen was fantastic with my two bottle babies Kane and Mabel! I had to go out of town and they still needed 4 feedings a day, so Jen came to the rescue. I got daily updates and prompt responses, and she helped me out immensely with their changing care as they got older. 10/10!

Our experience with Jennifer was wonderful from beginning to end! She is very professional, courteous and beyond kind. Jennifer put our minds at ease while we were out of the country, knowing that our little cat was safely taken care of and given lots of love. We received daily updates and lots of videos of the fun Apollo was having with her! Her food and water were consistently changed and all of Apollo's high activity needs were met. We returned home to a very happy kitty. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a sitter and we will definitely be getting her help again in the future!

This is the second time we have had Jen watch our three girls. This time it was for almost two weeks and it was so nice to know that Jen would be visiting! Jennifer took great cat of my fur baby! Jennifer sent daily updates, pictures, and videos. Booboo really bonded with her and would greet her at the door. This is very rare for BooBoo. She only likes a few people in the world. My heart felt full when I watched the videos and looked at the pictures. I knew my baby was getting the care she needs and deserves. Jennifer is very nice and professional. Booboo will be excited to have her come back.

Jen is by far the most attentive and wonderful cat sitter we have ever had! This was our second time using her services to watch our cat Maven while we were gone for 5 days and if I had gotten the notification to write a review after the first time she watched Maven I would have written one then too! Jen will come to your house before the actual duration of pet sitting with a notebook and pen in hand to learn all about your cat so she can best take care of them while you’re gone. While you’re out of town she notifies you when she arrives, sends pictures and videos of your cat to you, and gives you an update on how the visit went and how your cat is doing. After you return, she promptly arranges to return your house key without you having to leave your home. If I could give Jen 100 stars I absolutely would!

This is my second catsitting booked with Jen and like the first time, she was amazing. She sent tons of pics and videos and kept me apprised of my furrbaby during my absence! She even brought little treats for my baby to try (with permission), played her music, and did everything possible to make her feel comfortable.

Jen did an excellent job taking care of my elderly cat. She was able to sit my cat with just one week notice and was even able to administer her medications. She did a great job at making my car feel comfortable and provided detailed updates for each visit. I would definitely book with her again!

Jen did an outstanding job caring for my kitties. She really bonded with Rizaco. I know that getting that daily Churu from Jen's loving hand was the highlight of the day. It was nice seeing the daily photos of the love Rizaco lavished on Jen. What started off as a hiss, ended a as a kitty kiss.

Jen was wonderful and provided super detailed text message updates with photos and videos! She went above and beyond with litter box care and cleaning up after all 3 of our cats. I never had to worry about them being cared for at all basically, so it made my holiday stress-free (at least as far as my babies were concerned - and so I was able to concentrate on family stuff going on!)

Was able to help me in a very Short notice time of need, after one sitter randomly canceled before a five day trip I had to take down south, Jen was so graceless to accommodate what I needed to have done without even a meet and greet, which we both knew that I did not have time to do. As always, our cat Maven LOVED hanging out with Jen! If you have a playful cat, Jen is the perfect match for them! I asked Jen with only a few days notice if she could watch our girl because of a sudden change of plans and she responded very quickly to schedule a time to pick up the key and cat sit for us. Even around the holidays, she is prompt, attentive, super caring, and always does a fantastic job watching our cat. 5-stars always!

Jen was exceptional at taking care of our 8 cats while we went on a 4 day vacation. She was very diligent and interacted with all the cats each day she visited and included plenty of pics and videos of the cats.
