Please be advised that while I am quite the cat enthusiast, I am aware that most cats can be very apprehensive creatures when meeting someone new. It is important to me that your cat's personal space is respected and that interaction is on their terms in order to build trust... Hello, my fellow ailurophiles. It is with great pleasure that I will care for your baby/babies as I have cared for my own for the past 15 years. I am the proud owner of a Domestic Shorthair Tuxedo and a Norwegian Forest cat. (Mr. Mistoffelees and Boaz)
Please be advised that while I am quite the cat enthusiast, I am aware that most cats can be very apprehensive creatures when meeting someone new. It is important to me that your cat's personal space is respected and that interaction is on their terms in order to build trust. I look forward to connecting with you!
The responsibilities I provide are as follows:
• A status update and before and after photos with every check-in
• Feeding/refill (wet and dry)
• Fresh water change/ refill
• Litter box cleaning/refill
• Grooming including bathing and nail clipping (polydactyl experience)
• Medication administration (**subcutaneous fluid and shots included**)
• Disability assistance
• Playtime

• Notifications regarding any suspicious activity in or around your home if necessary.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a cat sitter?
Be sure to select a sitter who would care for your baby as if they were their own. With tender love and attentive care.
How do you ensure the safety & security of the cats and the home while cat sitting?
Make sure to look for any objects that could be a choking hazard, pay attention to foreign objects/ dirt in water and food bowls, being mindful to keep home exits closed and locked whenever entering and exiting the building and alert parents of any unusual activity around to home/ neighborhood or cat behavior.
Are you usually available during holidays?
Yes I am and would be more than happy to be available for you *without a holiday price increase*. I understand that holidays are the time that people need sitters the most.
How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?
It's important to me that I respect a cat's space. I leave them alone and allow them to come to me if they ever decide to, making sure not to make any sudden movements or loud noises.

She came for a meet and greet, and our cat Mochi felt comfortable around her right away, she’s very kind and gentle. We booked her for three days, and she kept us updated every day, messaging us when she was on her way and when she arrived. She was also very resourceful and went the extra mile to figuring out how to get it our apartment when my apartment painted the breezeway floor without notifing us. I appreciate her willingness to figure out a solution to still check on my boys even after I told her not to worry. Highly recommend!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
Meowtel is a marketplace that connects cat parents with independent sitters. For eligible reservations booked and paid for through Meowtel, the Meowtel Promise explains how we support cat parents if something unexpected comes up.

Kissimmee cat sitting rates will vary based on the sitter's experience and services, but the average price is $25.00. Prices depend on visit duration (20, 45, or 60 minutes) and whether you need drop-in visits or overnight stays.
Every cat sitter on Meowtel completes a background check. Ask your sitter about a free Meet & Greet so you (and your kitties!) can feel comfortable with your sitter before you leave.
