Rachel was amazing! She came by to do a pre-check and meet the cat, asking all the right questions to make sure our pet got the best care possible. I had only intended for her to have to do the usual, refill food and water, clean the litter box, but Rachel took extra time to play with our cat and give her some one-on-one time, which surely helped her to deal with our absence more easily. I'll definitely be using Meowtel again, and will be looking for Rachel specifically.

Rachael was such a great help for my furry home! We had up to date communications and updates on all the pets. If something went wrong, like a hairball or an asthma attack, she lets us know. Additionally, it was clear the cats had a connection with her and so quickly. She has a gift. Our home was kept clean and the cats were happy upon arrival! She’s great for anyone’s cats.
