Rachael stayed with our 3 cats for two overnights. She was prompt and amazing with communication. Rachael sent us lots of pictures of our cats playtime, meals, and clean litter boxes. Additionally, she provided a nightly and morning update that helped put our minds at ease. We really appreciated Rachael's attention to detail and her willingness to give each of our cats so much affection. Rachael was such a great help for my furry home! We had up to date communications and updates on all the pets. If something went wrong, like a hairball or an asthma attack, she lets us know. Additionally, it was clear the cats had a connection with her and so quickly. She has a gift. Our home was kept clean and the cats were happy upon arrival! She’s great for anyone’s cats.

Rachel was amazing! She came by to do a pre-check and meet the cat, asking all the right questions to make sure our pet got the best care possible. I had only intended for her to have to do the usual, refill food and water, clean the litter box, but Rachel took extra time to play with our cat and give her some one-on-one time, which surely helped her to deal with our absence more easily. I'll definitely be using Meowtel again, and will be looking for Rachel specifically.

Rachael was absolutely amazing. I was so nervous to leave Oliver while I went on a family trip but she kept me updated and sent me pictures. she even sat with him while he ate the second night when we noticed he hadn’t been eating well while I was gone. She truly takes the time to treat your cat how you would!

Rachael comes by twice per day to feed Lacey, let her out on the patio, change her litter, and give her plenty of attention. This is what separates Rachael from other caretakers.
