"Nelani was an amazing drop in sitter for my cat Figaro, and I’m so glad I found her. From the start, she was professional, responsive, and clearly someone who truly cares about animals. As a pet owner, it’s such a relief to know your pet is in kind and capable hands when you’re away. Nelani made sure Figaro had fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and lots of attention. She took the time to play with him and make him feel comfortable rather than just stopping in quickly and leaving. Figaro can be picky about new people, but he warmed up to her very quickly, which really shows how calm and patient she is with animals. One thing that really stood out was her communication. She sent thoughtful updates and photos during and after the visit, which made a huge difference while I was away. It was clear she was paying attention to Figaro’s behavior and well being, not just completing the basic tasks. Nelani was punctual, dependable, and respectful of my home. Anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and compassionate pet sitter would be lucky to have her care for their pets. I highly recommend Nelani and will absolutely be booking with her again.
