This was my second time booking with Laura, and once again she was absolutely fantastic. Her communication is amazing, and she kept me updated every step of the way. She even brought toys for my two cats, which they loved! Laura is by far the most reliable cat sitter I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her and will definitely be booking her again. Laura is the best cat sitter we’ve ever had. Our Bengal adores her, she gave him a solid routine to perfectly suit what he loves and needs including treat time, playtime, dinner time and some cuddles. My biggest concern is that he misses her when we come back :)

5 stars is not enough! Laura was an AMAZING cat sitter. My wife and I have never used an online cat sitting service before and because of that, we were initially very nervous about our upcoming vacation. However, Laura dispelled all our concerns and anxieties immediately. Laura brings immense knowledge, expertise, & a huge love for cats to the job every single day. Not only did she meet all our expectations, she surpassed them and went beyond the call of duty especially when one of our cats had a minor medical issue. I cannot recommend or thank Laura enough. In fact, if our cats could talk, I'm sure they would tell us how much they miss her!

Laura’s love for cats was so evident in how well she took care of our Bengal boy. He received great attention, care and his favorite of all… playtime! Can’t thank her enough, and glad we found someone so trustworthy to cat sit when we need to travel.

When I had an emergency situation with a terrible pet sitter from another app, Laura was able to step in and care for my three cats + foster kitten in a moment's notice. I trusted her implicitly to show up when she said she would, to care for my cats, and to take care of my home. I knew that they/we were in very capable hands. She was incredibly communicative, sent me tons of photos, cleaned up/alerted me that someone had gotten sick, and even played with them for a while. One of my cats had recently undergone Radioiodine I131 treatment for her thyroid condition and there were very complicated directions around caring for her and handling the litter boxes, and Laura handled everything like a pro. I'm so excited she is moving forward with becoming a Meowtel sitter and I plan on personally hiring her to care for my cats again in the future.
