As a pet owner, it’s such a relief to know your pet is in kind and capable hands when you’re away. Nelani made sure Figaro had fresh food and water, a clean litter box, and lots of attention. She took the time to play with him and make him feel comfortable rather than just stopping in quickly and leaving. Figaro can be picky about new people, but he warmed up to her very quickly, which really shows how calm and patient she is with animals. One thing that really stood out was her communication. She sent thoughtful updates and photos during and after the visit, which made a huge difference while I was away.
