Beau is a very skittish cat, nervous around newcomers, but Jusei did a great job sending me photos showing Beau warmed up to him and looked forward to his visits. It was great. Jusei also kept Beau well fed, kept her litter box clean (and my house, too) and was super reliable. He was also great at communicating with me daily. Jusei is the answer to every cat owners' dreams for protecting their pet while they are away. I highly recommend his services!

We had Jusei take care of our cats for when we left for a trip out of town. He is so kind and respectful. Communicated and documented everything meticulously. When we returned it was one of the few times the cats didn’t immediately look for us when we arrived, which was like a “oh hey you’re here!” rather than their usual anxious reception. Jusei is simply the best! His attention to detail, love for the cats, and general personality make him a great choice for us when we’re away and need a trusted person to take care of our kitties! Jusei was amazing! He was excellent with both of my cats. We met prior to my vacation, he took notes on everything so he wouldn’t forget anything (which made me feel very comfortable). Jusei was absolutely fantastic with my cats! He only got to see one of them because the other is afraid of strangers. I have never used an outside sitter before but the care was much better than with relatives. Jusei took notes even though I gave him printed directions. His care was more than perfect, it was as though I was there. Jusei sent me pictures and comments every day showing when he was there, proof the litter box was cleaned each visit, food dishes with food and cat eatting food, pictures of cookie time and pictures of my cat sitting in his arms. She has NEVER done that with anyone, but me. Jusei watered my outside plants and brought in the mail each day as well. I can not say enough, how comforting it was to know everything at home was great while was not there, will definitely use him whenever I'm away!

Once again Jusei provided excellent care for our fur babies! One of our cats was just coming off of medical treatment and Jusei was so helpful with helping to monitor and report on the special food that she was to eat. Our other cat Timber is getting used to Jusei and it was heartwarming to see that he sat in Jusei's lap this time. It is so hard to leave our pets home alone, but it makes it easier knowing they have someone you feel comfortable with to check in on them. You can count on Jusei to be just that person!
