What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?

Meeting the cats personalities. I have met different personalities from shy and timid to chaotic and hyper. I love all of them.

Do you have kitties yourself? What are their names?

Yes, I myself have cats. I have 1. Buddy came to our door as a dumped kitty in his teens, around 2015. He told us he’s living here and we don’t have a say! My other cat was put down in June. A medium haired tuxedo girl named Sugar. Sugar was 15 years old. I had her since June of 2010, when she was just a kitten. She passed of seizures and old age.

Are you usually available during holidays?

Yes. My family aren’t so big about holidays so I’m usually free and willing to take care of your cats!

What is your favorite cat toy?

As someone who’s had cats for years, I’ve realized the best toys aren’t the fancy ones from the store. They’re the random things lying around your house. Kittens love everything at first, but grown-up cats usually couldn’t care less about those pricey toys. Hand them a shoelace, though, and suddenly it’s the best thing ever.

How do you handle cats that are particularly timid or anxious?

I usually let them approach me. I sit down so my height isn’t a scary thing to them. I put out my hands to let them sniff me if they please. I understand that some cats don’t want to be alone but also don’t want to be touched. They are the dominant ones so they feel safe.

Cancellation Policy

Cat parents may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a full refund, and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:

Cat parents will receive a full refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.

Cat parents will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the cat parent cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.

No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.
