I’m Aleeza, an experienced cat owner and pet sitter! I grew up with four girls in Pinellas County. I’m currently waiting until 2027 to adopt again, and am looking to care for others cats in the meantime.
A standard cat sitting visit by me include cleaning the water bowl, making sure they have food, scooping the litter, and chatting/playing with your buddy!
I’ve had both very social and very shy cats, so I make an effort to give both types attention to help make their time less lonely. I take a gentle, slow approach and read their body language to gauge how comfortable they are with me. It can be scary to have a stranger in their home!
My hours are:
Monday-Friday, 8-9am and 6:30-9pm
Weekends: Open availability!

What do you enjoy most about cat sitting?
With cat sitting, I mostly enjoy getting to meet new cats and helping them feel less lonely while their family travels!
Can you tell us about your favorite cat sitting reservation?
I was cat sitting for two siblings a few times. One was very shy and the other wanted lots of pets. I made sure to chat with the shy girl, played with both, and pet/brushed the social girl a bunch. They were amazing!
What is your typical process for working with a new cat parent?
I want to know about your cat’s schedule, what they love in terms of attention, things they don’t like when people do. You can show me their favorite toy and how you play with them!

Frequently Asked Questions
Reservations officially begin at 12:00 AM in the sitter's time zone on the start date. Cat Parents may cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, as long as the reservation has not yet started. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
- More than 48 hours before the reservation start date: Full refund. The sitter will not receive any earnings.
- 24–48 hours before the reservation start date: 50% refund. The sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings.
- Within 24 hours of the reservation start date (or after it has begun): No refund. The sitter will earn 100% of their planned earnings.
All refunds are initially applied to the Cat Parent's Meowtel Account Balance for use toward a future reservation or tip. Funds may be returned to the original payment method at any time.
