I literally cannot believe how amazing Marisa did. She did what people who have visited me multiple times usually canāt manage, which was make my semi feral, super shy cat comfortable. She even got to pet her! I have family members who havenāt managed that! I didnāt think she would see either of my cats for the whole week, so color me surprised when they both appeared in pictures and video. Marisa was super professional and detail oriented the whole time. She had meticulous notes, and went above and beyond in her care. Honestly, I donāt clean as well as she did every day š¤£! I had so much anxiety before I left on my trip. My one cat had just been diagnosed with cancer, which is why I pulled the trigger on trying this service. By the third day of hearing from Marisa, my anxiety had lowered to barely a simmer, and my guilt at leaving the cats had been assuaged. 15/10, will hire again. And I got a lovely sweet note from her and some handmade soap waiting when I returned home! I cannot recommend Marisa enough!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund and the sitter will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their Account Balance if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

We are proud to provide each of our independently-contracted Meowtel cat sitters with the full benefits of our Meowtel Promise on eligible reservations. For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
