Caitlin is a very sweet, kind, appreciative and a lovely person. She is punctual and genuinely loves and cares about kitties very much! I needed help with my kitty Jazzy to give him transdermal medication alternate days which he wouldn't allow me to give it to him and becomes extremely stressful if I try. He seems pretty relaxed around her and even sleeps after the medication is given which is amazing😁😃😻Kitties love her energy! ❤️❤️ I definetly would recommend her to everybody who is thinking to have an excellent pet sitter ❤️❤️

We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter than Caitlin! She was incredibly kind, diligent, and went above and beyond while we were away. Our cat Tofu is usually shy around strangers, but he warmed up to her surprisingly quickly. Caitlin kept us updated during every visit, watered our plants, and sent tons of adorable photos of both our cats, which gave us so much peace of mind. We felt completely at ease knowing our pets and home were in such great hands. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and compassionate sitter!

Caitlin was phenomenal with my 4 Persian cats. She really loves cats, and it shows in her caring, warmth, concern, questions, commitment, and work ethic. Currently, I never thought I would be able to go on a dream vacation because I didn’t have anyone that I completely trusted with my cats. However, I extended my first overseas dream vacation to Italy from two to three weeks because I completely trusted Caitlin. I have been a Persian cat owner for 38 years now, and a cat lover for all of my 63 years on earth. Cats have always held a special place in my heart and life and I fully understand why the Egyptians worshipped them. Caitlin was wonderful! She is a very sweet & loving person! Valentino is often scared of strangers but he took to Caitlin immediately! She definitely has a way with cats :) It was so nice to enjoy our trip & not worry that he was being well taken care of. I highly recommend Caitlin & look forward to seeing her again before our next trip!

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel within 24 hours of making their reservation and receive a 100% refund, and the sitter
will not receive any earnings. After the first 24 hours, the following cancellation rules apply:
Customers will receive a 100% refund to their
Account Balance
if they cancel anytime up to 48 hours before the start date of the reservation, and the sitter will not receive any earnings.
Customers will receive a 50% refund, and the sitter will earn 50% of their planned earnings if the customer cancels between 24-48 hours of the start of the reservation.
No refund will be issued within 24 hours of the reservation, and the sitter will keep 100% of their planned earnings.

For reservations where each visit is at or above $20 and paid for through Meowtel, your cat(s) will automatically be covered under our insurance policy in the event that things don't go as planned.
If you are not fully satisfied with your sitter after the Meet & Greet or during the reservation, please call 1-844-636-9835 so we can help you re-book with a new sitter to ensure we can deliver on our purrfect hospitality promise.
