"Caitlin was fantastic! Our cats can be shy and have a hard time adjusting to change, so I was worried about leaving them during a long international trip. From the very beginning, Caitlin was attentive, communicative, and incredibly reliable. She truly went above and beyond. She sent detailed updates every day, which gave us so much peace of mind. One of our cats struggles with taking medication, but she was somehow able to get him to eat it consistently every day. She also watered our plants and brought packages inside without even being asked — she really held down the fort! On top of everything, she has such a kind, calm demeanor. Our cats really warmed up to her, which says a lot. We’re so grateful for the care she gave them and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy sitter."

"Heather was absolutely wonderful with Michu! From the very first visit, she was caring, attentive, and incredibly thorough. She sent us detailed updates, along with the sweetest photos and videos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. We especially loved seeing Michu receiving so much affection and feeling completely comfortable with her. She made sure his feeder and water fountain were working properly, cleaned his litter box, swept the surrounding area, and even noticed and alerted us when his fountain app needed attention. Beyond taking care of all his needs, she spent quality time petting him, brushing him, playing with his feather wand, and giving him treats. It was very clear that she genuinely cared about him and enjoyed spending time with him. Heather is responsible, communicative, trustworthy, and truly loves cats. We returned home to a happy and well-cared-for Michu. We would absolutely book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their kitty with genuine love and care. She is a fantastic communicator and lets you know everything you want and need to know. I got great updates and pics and knew my babies were fine. bonus was she was able to give my diabetic cat his insulin. That is a huge responsibility and she so gets it. "Susanne looked after our kitties continuously for 6 weeks while we worked away from home on sabbatical (as our usual carer was unavailable for this long period). Susanne was amazing. She checked in at every visit with photos, videos, updates on their activities, rituals, and characters, so I know she got to know our kitties well. She took extra time when she deemed it was needed to bath one, wash out the litter trays, buy extra items, launder their beds, and even brought extra toys. She was confident medicating our hyperthyroid kitty too. She had great suggestions for dietary supplements and preferred scratch posts to save our furniture too - she really knows cats well. Susanne even picked up a prescription for me from my usual pharmacist and forwarded it to my temporary location by UPS!! So, she went beyond to help out every member of our family, furry or otherwise. I cannot recommend Susanne highly enough and we are so grateful to have found her on Meowtel. 5 stars are not enough for her."
